Welcome to Shuddh Jivan, operated by Soulter Remedies. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.shuddhjivan.in and any purchase you make from it. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Soulter Remedies, 1st Floor, Soulter House, 21 Shreenathji Estate, Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, under the brand Shuddh Jivan.

2. Using the website

By using this website you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian
• you will use it only for lawful purposes
• you will not misuse it or try to disrupt how it works
• the information you give us is accurate, and you will keep your account password confidential

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Health information

Our products are Ayurvedic and herbal preparations intended to support general wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this website is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. Read the label before use and do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a qualified doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking other medicines, or are buying for a child. See our Disclaimer.

4. Product information and photographs

We take care to describe every product accurately, but we cannot promise that every description is complete or free of error. Packaging is updated from time to time, so the pack you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. The label on the product you receive is the authoritative source for ingredients, dosage, batch number and expiry date.

5. Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The taxable value and GST are shown separately in the cart and on your tax invoice. Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may call you to confirm stock, your delivery address and anything still to be agreed, including any delivery charge. Orders are subject to availability, and we may decline or cancel an order as set out in our Cancellation Policy. You will receive an email confirming your order.

7. Payment

You can pay online through our secure payment gateway by credit or debit card, UPI, net banking or wallet, and by Cash on Delivery where it is offered at checkout. Online transactions are processed by the gateway; we do not see or store your card details.

8. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy. Each forms part of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not break any law or anyone's rights. We may moderate reviews before they appear, and may remove anything abusive, misleading, or that makes medical claims.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics and design - belongs to Shuddh Jivan / Soulter Remedies and is protected by copyright and trademark law. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from use of a product contrary to its label, its recommended dose, or medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or policies.

13. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted here, and the date they were last updated is shown at the bottom of this page. They do not change the terms of an order already confirmed.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with us first through our Grievance Redressal process. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
