Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel an order placed on Shuddh Jivan, operated by Soulter Remedies.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, so please contact us as early as you can:

Please give your order number. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If you refuse the parcel at delivery, it is returned to us and we refund the product value once it reaches us unopened. Shipping charges, if any were paid, are not refunded in that case. A product that arrives damaged, leaking or wrong is covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
When we may cancel an order
We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, if:
- a product is out of stock
- your pin code cannot be served by our courier partners
- we cannot reach you to confirm the order or the delivery address
- the payment fails or is reversed
- a price or product was shown incorrectly because of an error on the website
- we suspect a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction
If we cancel, we tell you why, and anything you have paid for the cancelled items is refunded in full.
Refunds on cancelled orders
For orders paid online, the refund is started within 5-7 working days of cancellation and paid to the original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account then depends on your bank or payment provider. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund.
Failed payments
If money was deducted from your account but the order was not placed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 5-7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the date, amount and transaction reference and we will help trace it.
