Shuddh Jivan is operated by Soulter Remedies ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.shuddhjivan.in, send us an enquiry or buy from us, and how we use and protect it. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us - when you place an order, create an account or send an enquiry:
- your name, email address and phone number
- billing and delivery addresses, and your GSTIN if you provide one
- your account password, which is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form
- anything you tell us in a message, including a health concern you describe when asking for product guidance
Order information - the products you buy, your order history, the payment method used and delivery details.
Information collected automatically - your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use it
- to process, confirm and deliver your orders
- to raise tax invoices and keep the records the law requires
- to answer your questions and provide customer support
- to manage your account and saved addresses
- to send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp
- to send offers and news, only if you have agreed to receive them
- to understand how the website is used and improve it
- to prevent fraud, spam and misuse of the website
A health concern you share with us is used only to answer your question. It is never used for marketing or shared for that purpose.
3. Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment gateway (PayU). Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the gateway's own secure page. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with those who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order
- our payment gateway, when you pay online
- our website hosting, email and messaging providers
- the analytics providers named below
- our accountants and auditors, for statutory records
- government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
5. Cookies, analytics and session recording
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. We may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. Clarity records a replay of your visit - the pages you view and your mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on them. Nothing typed into a password field is recorded. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart and sign-in need cookies to work; the rest of the site works without them.
6. How we protect it
The whole site is served over an encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is restricted to the staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
7. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once they are no longer useful. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is inaccurate
- delete your data, where we are not required by law to keep it
- stop sending you marketing messages
You can update your name, phone and addresses yourself under My Account. For anything else, write to sales@soulterremedies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Third-party websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as social media pages or the payment gateway. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
10. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and will delete it if we learn that we have.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date it was last updated is shown at the bottom of this page.
