1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

You may request a return if:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• The wrong product has been delivered

• The product is defective or leaking

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Opened or used products

• Products returned after the allowed return window

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Order number

• Product name

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

4. Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved and the product issue is verified, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the product, or

• Refund of the product value

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

The refund process may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product arrived damaged

In such cases, Shuddh Jivan will bear the return shipping cost.
